Live-In Caregiver for Children

This live-in caregiver role involves providing top-notch care and support to children in a private residence. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters healthy growth and development. Your primary duties will include bathing, dressing, feeding, and disciplining children according to the parents' methods.

• Provide quality childcare services, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and cleaning duties;
• Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents;
• Plan and organize activities such as games, outings, and educational programs for children;
• Establish a routine that promotes healthy habits, social skills, and emotional well-being;
• Tend to the emotional and physical needs of children;
• Maintain a safe and healthy home environment;

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Experience working with children, preferably in a live-in capacity;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• The ability to establish trust and build relationships with children and their families;
• A high level of flexibility and adaptability;
• Basic first aid and CPR certification (an asset);

In exchange for your dedication and hard work, we offer:

• A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience;
