Parts Counter Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Counter Clerk to join our team at Saskatoon Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Display Management: Set up and maintain displays of retail parts and accessories to ensure a visually appealing and organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions and advice on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records on inventory control systems, ensuring timely replenishment of parts and supplies.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work Orders: Prepare and track work orders, ensuring timely completion and follow-up with customers.
- Requisition Orders: Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
- Inventory Receipt and Shipping: Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, and ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment as required.
- Physical Demands: The role requires bending, crouching, kneeling, and repetitive tasks, making it a physically demanding position.
- Work Environment: The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
