Job Summary

VetStrategy seeks a skilled IT Trainer and Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Bilingual IT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training to our clinics and business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop and deliver training programs.
  • Work with the digital development team to produce training content.
  • Deliver training sessions face-to-face and remotely.
  • Cover the Service Desk for training queries.
  • Coordinate webinar training and onboard participants.
  • Guide clinics on system usage and changes.
  • Support post-rollout processes and ensure clinic adoption.
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering training face-to-face and remotely.
  • Proficiency in IT and common applications.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
