Cardiac Services Director

We are seeking an experienced Chief Cardiac Physiologist to join our team at Duchy Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the development of our elective cardiology service and contribute to the growth of our hospital.
Main Responsibilities- Service Leadership: Provide daily management of the Cardiology Service, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care and efficient use of resources.
- Procedure Expertise: Participate in the provision of technical invasive cardiology services, assisting during a range of cardiac procedures in the outpatient setting and angiography suite.
- Team Management: Support and manage the clinical members of the team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Capacity Planning: Manage capacity and demand, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing wait times.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the ordering of stock, invoicing, and receipting of high-cost consumables, ensuring smooth operational processes.
- Consultant Liaison: Deal with Consultant queries, providing timely and effective support.
