Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server - Food and Beverage Services to join our team at Chettinad Dosa Palace. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings.
  • Describe and advise on wine selection to enhance our guests' dining experience.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware to ensure a well-stocked bar.
  • Perform sensory evaluation of wines to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Serve food and beverages to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
