Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Hire, train, and develop food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
