Senior Front-End Developer

At Interac Corp., we design and deliver innovative products and solutions that empower Canadians to take control of their finances and achieve their goals. Our team is passionate about shaping the future of the digital economy in Canada, and we're looking for a skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join us.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end web development, with expertise in Angular and a passion for building high-performance, scalable web applications. You will work closely with our team to design and develop web applications and portals, leveraging your knowledge of client-side architecture and design patterns to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly web applications
  • Implement complex front-end features and functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and prototype new web page ideas
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following industry standards and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end web development, with a strong focus on Angular
  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Eligibility to work in Canada in a full-time capacity
  • Excellent JavaScript knowledge and programming experience with ES5/ES6
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native design principles and best practices
  • Experience with tools like Redux, Webpack, and Angular CLI
