Parts Counter Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Counter Clerk to join our team at Saskatoon Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and maintain displays of retail parts and accessories in a visually appealing manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Advise customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records on inventory control systems, ensuring seamless inventory management.
- Prepare and track work orders, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
- Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, ensuring efficient storage and organization.
- Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment, meeting customer expectations.
- Bending, crouching, and kneeling are required to perform tasks efficiently.
- Hand-eye coordination is essential for accurate and efficient work.
- The role is physically demanding, requiring sustained activity and attention to detail.
- Repetitive tasks are a regular part of the job, requiring focus and attention to detail.
- Client focus is essential, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Flexibility is required to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
