Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

Nest Investments is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact contractors for major repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct minor repairs on appliances and equipment
  • Work with minimal supervision to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The position requires the ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
