About the Role:

This position reports to the Construction Manager and is responsible for overseeing and managing the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate and schedule construction activities, including material delivery and equipment rental.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including estimating and tracking costs.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager to identify and resolve site issues.
  • Communicate effectively with site staff, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
