Job Title: Scene Design Assistant

Xinflix Media is seeking a highly skilled Scene Design Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of scenic environments, costumes, and lighting for our events, films, and television productions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and development of scenic environments, costumes, and lighting for events, films, and television productions.
  • Supervise staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design team members.
  • Teach interest or professional development courses to team members.
  • Plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces, and other exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all aspects of the production meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in scene design, production, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
