Genpact, a global leader in professional services and solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant, Python Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients and driving business outcomes.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Python Developer with a strong background in SQL and FCCM to lead the design and development of new features and functionality. Your expertise will be instrumental in troubleshooting and investigating complex issues, working with cross-functional teams, and analyzing and developing technical skills and business knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new features and functionality using Python, FCCM, and SQL
  • Lead troubleshooting and investigation of complex issues
  • Work with complex datasets and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Requirements gathering and analysis for upcoming work and interface with senior stakeholders
  • Analyze, develop, test, and support the User Acceptance phase
  • Develop technical skills and business knowledge
Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with a strong educational background and excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Strong Python and PL/SQL development experience
  • Previous experience in Oracle Mantas
  • Strong experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
  • Experience in handling teams in remote environments
