Job Title: Sports Development Coach

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our coaching staff, responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of individual athletes or teams.

Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Practice Sessions: Develop and implement engaging training sessions that cater to the diverse needs of athletes, with a focus on skill development and game strategy.
  • Motivation and Preparation: Foster a culture of excellence by motivating and preparing athletes for competitive events, encouraging them to strive for continuous improvement.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of athletes' performances, providing constructive feedback to aid in their growth and development.
  • Skill Evaluation: Assess prospective athletes' skills and performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Work Setting:

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of training programs. The ability to travel domestically and internationally is essential, as you will be required to attend tournaments and coaching clinics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in badminton coaching or a related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
