About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at SPICE HAVEN. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and dietary restrictions.
  • Culinary Team Management: Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have everything we need to meet the demands of our menu.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a safe and sanitary environment, adhering to the highest standards of food safety and quality control.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback, and working to resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
