About the Role:

As a Pharmacy Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of pharmacy professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the overall operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide consultation to customers and healthcare providers, practice to full scope in providing professional services, and assist in the maintenance of the dispensary.
  • Pharmacy Operations: Control access to the dispensary, review stock to identify expired inventory, and ensure all requirements for documentation and control of substances under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and Regulations are met.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Plan, coordinate, and delegate assignments, provide coaching to pharmacy colleagues, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall pharmacy experience.

What We Offer:
