About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Sushi Kawa. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
