Job Title: Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team at Agilus Work Solutions. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, implementing talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and hire high-quality talent across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to assess hiring needs, establish recruiting strategies, and identify the best talent
  • Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing components involved in full-lifecycle recruiting
  • Source active candidates from online databases, internal databases, contact lists, and employee referrals
  • Establish and maintain contacts with employment sources, such as colleges/universities, search firms, trade associations, and plan and coordinate large-scale recruitment events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting data/status on the opens/filled report and in the applicant tracking system (Workday)
  • Partner with Coordinator to ensure completion of pre- and post-employment requirements
  • Build and maintain effective relationships and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruiting process
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Director on recruiting projects
Requirements:
  • Must be fully vaccinated
  • Undergraduate degree-level education required
  • 2-4+ years of progressive recruitment experience; a blend of agency and in-house experience highly preferred
  • Proven track record of maintaining high req loads with roles of varying levels across multiple geographies
  • Experience working on large-scale recruiting projects is an asset
  • Experience within the wines & spirits or CPG industry is helpful
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment and multiple priorities and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred)
  • Knowledgeable about best practices for recruitment, selection policies, and regulations from sourcing through hire
  • Demonstrated success providing lawful and appropriate first-line advice to the business line
