Senior Manager, Credit Risk Modeling

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development, validation, and monitoring of credit risk models and strategies for Canadian Personal & Business Banking (P&BB) small business portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement credit risk models and strategies to support credit risk management activities.
- Provide advanced analytical expertise to manage the development, validation, monitoring, reporting, and documentation of origination, portfolio risk management, and collection models and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate credit risk.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and risk management.
- 7+ years of experience in credit risk modeling, risk management, or a related field.
- Advanced degree in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, or finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience with data visualization tools and programming languages, such as Python or R.
- A competitive salary range of $100,800 - $187,200.
