Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic telemarketing agent to join our wealth management team. As a telemarketing agent, you will play a crucial role in contacting potential clients, promoting our financial services, and scheduling consultations with our advisors. You will be a key player in expanding our client base and supporting our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Calls: Make high-quality outbound calls to potential clients to present our wealth management services and evaluate their financial needs.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Schedule appointments for our financial advisors with qualified prospects, ensuring that all relevant information is communicated clearly.
  • Script Adherence: Follow a structured script while maintaining a personalized approach to engage prospects and effectively manage objections.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to communicate the benefits of our services effectively.
  • Reporting: Provide regular feedback and reports on call results, prospect quality, and meeting metrics to the management team.
