    • Help clients create and implement personalized financial plans to achieve their goals
  • Product and Service Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest financial products and services offered by the Royal Bank of Canada
    • Use this knowledge to provide clients with tailored solutions to meet their financial needs
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
    • Use these skills to build trust and rapport with clients, and to provide them with exceptional service
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course)
    • 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry, handling credit and investments
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
    • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
    • Fluent in English and French
