Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Security and Safety: Pass a criminal record check.
  • Transportation and Travel: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, perform repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
