Administrative Operations Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure efficient office operations
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing procedures and provide recommendations for improvement
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed to meet deadlines
- Administer records and prepare reports to support business operations
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
