We are seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our fleet of vehicles is safe and roadworthy.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled mechanic with experience working on heavy-duty trucks and equipment. You will work closely with our experienced technicians to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues, from simple repairs to complex overhauls.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience working on heavy-duty trucks and equipment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain Class DZ license
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
