About the Role

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Point of Contact for Sales Stakeholders

Develop a deep understanding of the needs and motivations of our key sales stakeholders, and work closely with them to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Translate Business Needs into Functional and Technical Requirements

Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of our business, while ensuring alignment with our overall strategy and architecture.

Provide Technical Guidance and Expertise

Offer technical guidance and expertise to our sales teams, helping them to troubleshoot problems and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with IT Core Functions and Business Partners

Work closely with our IT core functions and business partners to prioritize and manage sales demand, promoting standardization, integration, and innovation throughout the organization.

Requirements
  • University Degree in Management or Computer Science

A bachelor's degree in management or computer science, or equivalent experience.

10 Years of Experience in IT CRM Solutions

At least 10 years of experience in IT CRM solutions, with a strong background in SAP and Salesforce.

5 Years of Experience in Architecture, Applications, or Business Consulting

At least 5 years of experience in the field of architecture, applications, or business consulting, with a strong background in the aerospace industry.

Effective Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
