We are seeking a skilled Caulking Specialist to join our team at Capital Caulking 2010 Ltd. As a Caulking Specialist, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades. You will also mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, move tools, equipment, and other materials, clean and maintain equipment, and clean and prepare surfaces.

Work Environment

You will work at heights, in various locations, and in a physically demanding environment. You must be willing to travel and have a valid driver's license. You will work 40 hours per week and be part of a team that values flexibility, reliability, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) training
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
