About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Creative Director, Copy to join our team at DEPT. As a key member of our Personalized Creative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality copy and brand messaging for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of copywriters to ensure they are delivering top-quality work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Represent DEPT in pitches, reviews, and kickoffs, and serve as a primary point of contact for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • At least 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality copy and brand messaging.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team of copywriters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively represent DEPT in client-facing situations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive campaign success.
