Pharmacy Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Neighbourly Pharmacy in Kamsack, Saskatchewan. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants to provide exceptional patient care and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants to provide safe and effective patient care
- Develop and implement clinical services and programs to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with front-store staff to identify opportunities for patient care and develop strategies to improve patient engagement
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy students and provisional pharmacists
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient information and medication therapy
- Recommend and provide OTC products and vitamins to patients
- Answer patient questions and provide therapeutic knowledge and clinical analysis
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the College of Pharmacists of Saskatchewan
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Manager (preferred)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
