We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at MEDICINE HAT PIZZA LTD. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Handling: Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and handle and store cleaning products.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
