About the Role

This is a senior-level position within our Financial Planning team, where you will be responsible for providing expert financial planning advice to clients. As a Financial Planning Expert, you will be a key member of our team, working closely with clients to understand their financial goals and develop personalized plans to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored financial plans.
  • Provide expert financial planning advice to clients, including investment and retirement planning, estate planning, and tax planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Financial Planning team to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or economics.
  • Diploma from the Institut Québécois de Planification Financière (IQPF) or equivalent.
  • Mutual fund representative (MFR) license.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
