Overview
  CMHC is a leading organization in the field of housing and mortgage finance. Our Enterprise Data Office is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data, and we are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Professional to join our team.

Salary
  The salary for this position is estimated to be around $70,354 per year, plus an annual individual performance incentive, defined benefit pension plan, and support towards personal and professional growth with training, mentorship, and more.

Job Description
  As a Data Quality Professional, you will provide critical support to our data stakeholders by executing data profiling assessments, providing insights into data quality, and defining data quality rules to meet business requirements. You will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to enhance data quality tools and processes, and collaborate with data stewards, project/program managers, and IT teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can inform organizational decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  To be successful in this role, you will need an undergraduate degree in computer science or another related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the field of data, and demonstrated experience in data governance and management (data classification, data profiling, data inventory, data catalog, and data lineage). You will also need experience with data governance, data management, data quality, and/or data analysis tools, as well as an understanding of data governance principles and data management processes.
