Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Supervise staff and team members to ensure high standards of performance and conduct.
  • Recruit and select new staff members to join the cleaning team.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Fluency in French, with a strong understanding of Canadian workplace laws and regulations.
