Full-Time Family Medicine Physicians Sought for Calgary Clinic

MDSearch is a professional medical recruitment agency that aims to provide high-quality services to its clients and candidates. We are currently seeking Full-Time Family Medicine Physicians to join our team at a new clinic located in the iconic TELUS Sky building in downtown Calgary.
Compensation PackageThe compensation package for this position includes a competitive fee-for-service payment structure, with an estimated annual salary of $250,000-$300,000 based on a 3-day per week commitment. Additionally, physicians will receive a $10,000 signing incentive and have access to a fully equipped on-site gym to support their health and fitness goals.
This opportunity offers a unique blend of flexibility and work-life balance, with the ability to work from home in combination with onsite treatment. Physicians will also have real-time access to other family physicians and pharmacists, providing opportunities for collaboration, professional growth, and development.
About the ClinicThe clinic is professionally managed to provide the highest quality service, with advanced technology, electronic medical records, and telemedicine capabilities. An experienced administrative and clinical leadership team, as well as medical office assistants, will support daily reception coverage, scheduling, billing, and patient flow.
Requirements and Qualifications- All physicians must be licensed and registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA).
- Must hold certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) for family physicians.
- Medical liability insurance from the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) or equivalent required.
- Competitive overhead covers rent, office insurance, equipment & supplies, EMR, internet, Chromebook, staff & IT support, and billing services.
- Billing mentorship to optimize and maximize fee-for-service billing.
- Access to Collaborative Health Record (CHR) EMR and billing support to maximize earnings.
- Flexible weekday shifts for in-clinic practice combined with the ability to work virtually.
