">Job Overview
">The successful candidate will provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. You will also assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans, monitor residents' health status, and report any changes to the nursing team.

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have:
">A valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration);
">Previous experience in long-term care or a related field (preferred);
">A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care;
">What We Offer
">We offer a competitive hourly rate of $84, overtime pay, flexible schedule, and on-site parking. This is a casual position, with the opportunity to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.

">If you are willing to commute or relocate to Ladysmith, BC V9G 1A6, we would love to hear from you. First aid certification is preferred but not required.
