Responsibilities:

  1. Spearhead fundraising efforts, securing capital from HNWIs, family offices, and discretionary management firms.
  2. Manage investor relations, providing financial statements (year-end and quarterly) and ensuring transparency.
  3. Develop and execute strategies to meet capital-raising goals, targeting $50 million over 36 months.
  4. Oversee underwriting processes, maintaining a steady pipeline of loan applications (12-15 monthly).
  5. Ensure borrower-side returns of 12-18% and investor returns of 14.5%.
  6. Monitor and report KPIs related to fundraising.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in private debt or credit funds.
  • Degree in Finance, MBA, CFA required.
  • Established network with HNWIs, family offices, and discretionary management firms.
  • Proven track record in investor relations and fundraising strategies.
