The YMCA of Greater Toronto is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Health and Fitness Team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing standards of Service Excellence to ensure high-quality service delivery to members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Priority S.A.M. standards and EYE in managing the operations of the Membership Sales and Service unit.
  • Recruit, coach, and lead staff to deliver friendly and efficient service with a customer insight approach.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage the Membership Sales and Service budgets.
  • Manage communication and promotion systems to members and the community.
  • Make decisions and solve problems regarding membership sales and service functions.
  • Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team to fulfill the goals outlined in the annual business plan.

Requirements

  • Proven professional with success in a membership sales and service environment.
  • University degree or college diploma in a related field.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills developed through two to three years supervisory experience.
  • Minimum five years experience in related service field.
  • Experience in operational start up and demonstrated track record for operational excellence.
