Job Title: Home Childcare Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at JIAYING GONG. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services to families in their own homes.

Job Summary:
  • Provide childcare services to children in the comfort of their own homes
  • Develop and implement engaging activities to promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment for children to thrive
  • Communicate effectively with parents to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement daily activities to promote children's learning and development
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children
  • Maintain a clean and organized home environment
  • Establish a daily routine that promotes children's physical and emotional well-being
  • Communicate with parents to share daily activities and updates
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliability and punctuality
