Fas Gas Retail Sales Associate Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Fas Gas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and bend/reach as needed
