About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Pack fruits and vegetables with attention to detail and quality control.
  • Pick row and orchard crops in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Weeding and cleaning the work area to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in all weather conditions, handling heavy loads and working in a fast-paced environment. The ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination are essential skills for this role.
