We're seeking a talented and versatile digital content writer to join our marketing department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content that educates and drives sales. Your passion for cities and real estate will shine through in your writing, and your analytical skills will help you craft content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research using government documents, industry data, and real estate developer proposals to inform your content
  • Develop, write, and edit content that reflects our brand and is optimized for SEO, including blog posts, promotional materials, and video scripts
  • Apply statistical analysis to content to provide valuable insights to our audience
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create web pages, social media content, and email campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging content marketing trends and share your expertise with our senior marketing staff
Requirements:
  • University or college diploma in Business Economics, Financing, Market Research, Statistics, or a related field
  • A diverse portfolio of digital content showcasing your writing style and versatility
  • A proven track record of creating content that reflects brand philosophies and contributes positively to inbound marketing strategies
  • Experience with content management systems, including WordPress
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bonus: knowledge of the Canadian real estate market
