This Nursing Supervisor position is a key part of our team at COGIR Immobilier's Coin St-Paul residence in Trois-Rivières. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare services and can lead and motivate our care staff to achieve excellent results.

1. Lead and Manage Team Members: Direct, supervise and mobilize the work of the care staff under your management.
2. Coordinate Clinical Care: Plan human resources and ensure the timely replacement of care staff as needed. Provide health and wellness care with the goal of maintaining and restoring health and preventing disease.
3. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Ensure good communication as well as medical follow-ups with the vested parties.
