About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Immigration Assistant to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As an Immigration Assistant, you will provide professional administrative support to our Immigration team, ensuring the smooth processing of immigration files and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Immigration team, including maintaining and managing comprehensive immigration files
- Manage confidential documentation and communication
- Audit files on a regular basis
- Prepare professional documents, including immigration applications and supporting documentation
- Demonstrate strong technical skills, especially in MS Excel
- Accurately track and update documentation
About You
We are looking for a candidate with relevant post-graduate education, preferably in legal assistance, immigration, or paralegal studies. You should have at least one year of experience in an administrative role, including document collection, file preparation, and drafting of applications.
Requirements
- Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of work
- Strong technical skills, especially in MS Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
