Job Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate at Canada Goose, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to create a positive store environment
  • Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions
  • Contribute to driving our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling and service metrics
  • Develop and maintain personal customer relationships through clienteling and after-sale engagement
  • Provide a memorable customer experience and promote repeat purchases
  • Follow all store operating procedures to minimize store shrink
  • Handle all Point of Sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the apparel retail industry
  • Proven record of successful sales performance
  • Previous experience working with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Good understanding of CRM tools and processes
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
