  • Plan and coordinate the preparation and presentation of complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
