Job Description

OTT Pay Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Risk Department Manager to provide strategic guidance and leadership in the company's Corporate Risk Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework, including policies, systems, and procedures, in collaboration with the company's compliance, IT, and business teams.
  2. Lead the Corporate Risk Department in planning, organizing, and executing risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential threats to the organization.
  3. Evaluate and monitor the Corporate Risk Department's activities to ensure alignment with existing policies and make recommendations for policy improvements.
  4. Implement and maintain optimal merchant risk controls to mitigate potential risks associated with merchant transactions.
  5. Develop and implement a merchant underwriting risk framework to assess and manage risk exposures from merchants.
  6. Manage and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Analyze and monitor ongoing reviews of merchants to ensure effective risk management.
  8. Prepare and present regular risk reports to the management team to enhance risk awareness and accountability within the organization.
  9. Recruit, train, and develop key personnel within the Corporate Risk Department to ensure the team's effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the banking industry, preferably with a multinational corporation.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  3. Working knowledge of digital banking and card operations.
  4. Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
