Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and competitive quotes for John Brooks spray and valve products.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Enter customer orders into our order entry system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- College diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in B2B customer service.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and priorities.
