**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Operations Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and prioritizing internal requisitions, maintaining stores inventory supply records, and operating a two-axle vehicle.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to effectively deal with others. They will also be physically capable of carrying out the duties of the position.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and prioritize internal requisitions from multiple sites and departments, maintaining related records by completing paperwork and keying data for recording inventory supply levels, internal requisitions, and pick lists.
  • Maintain stores inventory supply records for carts or trolleys and stores shelving by labeling, adding, or deleting data and inventory items as directed and in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Operate a two-axle vehicle and a variety of powered equipment and carts, delivering, picking up, shipping, and transporting goods, supplies, and equipment.

**Requirements:**

  • Grade 12 and one year recent experience in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • A valid Class 5 British Columbia driver's license.

**Salary Range:** $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Location:** Campbell River, BC.
