About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Machine Operator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the highest quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret work orders to understand production requirements
  • Operate the finishing line, including understanding its functionality and alarm systems
  • Clean and maintain equipment as required
  • Adhere to safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment at all times
  • Execute planned work according to work orders, using the correct equipment and specifications to deliver high-quality products
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements

  • Ability to work calmly and independently
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
