Food and Beverage Services Team Member

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server and Hospitality Professional to join our team at Hellcrust Pizza. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
- Balance cash and record sales accurately.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Flexibility and reliability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Experience an asset.
