Job Title: Video Editor

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our team at Team Yifei Ltd. as a key member of our production team.

Job Summary:

The Video Editor will be responsible for editing video content for various projects, ensuring high-quality output that meets our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate video editing equipment, including cameras, sound equipment, and editing software.
  • Edit video footage to create engaging and polished final products.
  • Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Operate audio consoles, computers, tape machines, microphones, and sound processing equipment at concerts and live events.
  • Prepare and operate videotape recording and playback equipment and edit video tape after production.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Basic security clearance.
Work Environment:

The Video Editor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and sound discrimination skills.
