About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our customer enablement efforts as Vice President of Customer Enablement. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and implementation processes, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and scaling professional service organizations, with a strong background in software implementation and project management. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the implementation/services budget
  • Build, train, and motivate a team responsible for sustaining service levels
  • Ensure legal agreements are in place for all customers/partners
  • Review and define implementation and onboarding processes for new customers
  • Prioritize and make decisions for project execution

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of software experience, with at least 5 years in a founder-led, fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling professional service organizations
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
